By accessing or using the website, creating a provider account, purchasing a listing, submitting content, or using any service offered through Twyned, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Twyned is an online directory and discovery platform designed to connect individuals and families with providers in fertility, adoption, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, parenting, and related family-building services throughout the United States.

Twyned does not provide medical care, legal advice, mental health treatment, adoption services, healthcare services, or professional counseling.

Twyned does not employ, supervise, control, or direct any provider listed on the platform.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Twyned.

The website is intended for adults and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

Providers may purchase listings, featured placements, memberships, or promotional opportunities through Twyned.

Twyned reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Twyned remains accurate, current, and truthful.

Providers agree to maintain all required licenses, certifications, registrations, insurance coverage, and professional qualifications applicable to their profession.

Twyned may review credentials, certifications, licenses, and supporting documentation before approving a listing.

Credential review is performed solely to evaluate eligibility for inclusion in the directory.

Twyned does not guarantee the ongoing validity, status, competency, safety, professional conduct, insurance coverage, qualifications, or outcomes of any listed provider.

Users are responsible for conducting their own independent evaluation and due diligence before engaging any provider.

Users may submit reviews, testimonials, comments, and feedback.

All reviews are subject to moderation before publication.

Twyned reserves the right to remove, edit, reject, or decline any review for any reason.

Users agree not to submit false, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful content.

Provider memberships are offered on a monthly and annual subscription basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Providers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting Twyned.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previously paid fees except as provided in our Refund Policy.

Twyned offers refunds when requested within seven (7) days of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to twynedllc@gmail.com.

Refund eligibility may be denied if fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform is suspected.

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and platform functionality are owned by Twyned LLC unless otherwise noted.

Providers retain ownership of content they upload but grant Twyned a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, publish, market, and distribute submitted content in connection with the operation and promotion of Twyned.

Providers may upload photographs, logos, videos, certifications, descriptions, and related content.

Providers represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use all submitted materials.

Twyned is not responsible for copyright infringement or unauthorized content submitted by providers.

Twyned may allow providers to sell digital products, courses, resources, downloads, educational materials, or similar offerings.

Twyned may earn commissions, referral fees, transaction fees, or revenue-sharing payments from such sales.

Any future marketplace transactions may be governed by additional terms.

Twyned may contain links to third-party websites, booking systems, social media platforms, payment processors, and external resources.

Twyned is not responsible for the content, practices, services, availability, or policies of third-party websites.

Information provided on Twyned is for informational purposes only.

Nothing on the website constitutes medical advice, legal advice, adoption advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, healthcare recommendations, or professional guidance.

Twyned reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user or provider at any time and for any reason.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles.
