Audrey is first and foremost a Mother of three beautiful souls and a wife of 26+ years. She is also a homesteader.
When she is not working in her garden and in her small fruit orchard she is also a compassionate and multifaceted healer holding a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification as well as being Thai bodywork practictioner and sound bath therapy practitioner.
With a holistic approach to wellness, Audrey seamlessly integrates these modalities into her teaching offering her students a transformative experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Her compassionate guidance and intuitive understanding create a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their practice and deepen their connection to themselves.
