Whitney Gingerich, MA, RDN, LDN is a holistic fertility expert and the founder of The Fertility Nut, where she helps women understand why things aren’t working and what to do about it.
Her evidence-based approach focuses on identifying and reducing the underlying factors that can interfere with conception, then building targeted diet and lifestyle strategies to address those barriers.
Rather than looking at one lab, symptom, or protocol in isolation, she focuses on how things are interacting in the body and what needs to shift to support hormone production, egg and sperm quality, and overall reproductive function.
This work is grounded in over 15 years in the health space, including the last 8 focused specifically on fertility, where she has supported hundreds of client pregnancies across IVF, PCOS, miscarriage, and unexplained infertility.
